Dr. Bailey was born and raised in New Jersey. She attended Oklahoma State University and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 2008 and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. She completed an equine internship and ABVP (Equine) Residency at Oakridge Equine Hospital in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Following the completion of her residency, Dr. Bailey moved to Missouri to practice equine veterinary medicine. She specialized in sports medicine and was privileged to work on some of the top equine athletes in the Midwest.

Dr. Bailey is certified in Veterinary Chiropractic and Acupuncture in equine and small animal patients. She has been incorporating these alternative therapies since the beginning of her career.

She and her husband, Charlie, are the proud parents of two wonderful children. Their family also includes 3 dogs and 2 snakes. She spends her free time riding horses, entertaining her children, and enjoying everything South Jersey has to offer.
